REPAIRS

We use both old-world and modern repair techniques to repair everything from broken chair legs to fine veneer inlays. Dowels, Dutchmans, bowties, screws, and wood pins are only some of the tricks we use to return furniture back into functional use. We often use up to 20 clamps for repairs with multiple breaks and complex angles.

RESTORATION

An antique with a wax patina needs a different qpproach than a contemporary piece with a catalyzed finish. Our skills require fine brush-work as well as sprayer and air-brush abilities to make sure the restoration is period-accurate and aligns with your desired result. Color matching typically requires 5-7 shades mixed and layered to create the desired effect.

CUSTOM

Our designs typically start with a chat and reference images to determine style direction. We then create a 3D model or hand drawing. After sourcing and milling the wood we build your item and provide finish samples to be sure your custom furniture comes out exactly the way you dreamed it would.
